InBody Band - Taking Fitness Wearables to a New Level

These are numbers most people don’t know, but should. Muscle mass, fat mass and bmi are almost impossible to be able to track daily, but the InBody band makes it possible. The InBody band is a wearable fitness tracker that can measure your Percent Body Fat, heart rate and body composition anywhere, anytime. Body composition is simply the percentages of fat, bone water and muscle in the human body.

The InBody band is perfect for those who are just starting their fitness journey, an athlete or anyone in between. The Inbody band gives you a body composition analysis in less than thirty seconds. But it does not stop there; the InBody will take that information and give you recommendations on how to improve your physique. When I used the InBody band it recommended that I gain 4.5 lb(s) of Muscle Mass and maintain my body Fat Mass to make the most effective use out of my body composition. This recommendation steered me in the right direction. For the month that I used the InBody band I increased my protein intake and weight training. Everyone’s recommendations will vary, but having your body composition statistics available to you on a daily basis makes it easier to adjust your workouts and diet to reach your goals.

The InBody band kept me accountable for that whole month because I was testing myself every single day. That is exactly what this device does, keeps the user accountable. Not only can you test yourself every day to make sure you are on the right track, but you can compete with your friends who also have the InBody band. The InBody band will connect you with your friends to help keep you motivated and have a fun with it.

The Inbody band measures your movements to calculate how many steps taken, distance, time and most importantly calories burned. You can set step goals for yourself every day. I set my step goal at 10,000 every day and when I hit it my band would start vibrating and let me know that I had reached my goal which was really exciting and I did not have to think twice about it. The InBody band kept track for me. 

If you want to know if you are really pushing yourself during a workout, the InBody band can tell you. In less than 10 seconds it can tell you what your heart rate it, so if it is low you know you need to push yourself and if it is high you can keep pushing and give yourself a pat on the back.

Those of you who are fitness-fanatics or are educated in that area know how important sleep is when it comes to getting the results that you want. The InBody band keeps track of how long and how well you sleep, all you have to do is wear the band while you sleep. No extra work on your part, just connect to the InBody band in the morning and it will let you know how well you slept.

Clearly the InBody band, despite how small it is, can play a big role in your fitness journey. It gives you all the information that you need without having to go to doctors or get multiple tests. The InBody band is like a doctor, motivator and tracker all on your wrist. At the end of my month journey with the InBody band I gained 1 pound of Muscle Mass out of the 4.5, so I have 3.5 to go and I will continue to use the InBody band to keep me on track.
