Evans Brewing Summer Beer Releases – Flavorful Beer at Every Pour

A staple of go-to beers is always key for any brewery to maintain success. Just as important is the ability to always be coming up with new flavors and Evans Brewing always seems to do just that. Evans didn’t just come up with a beer, they recently introduced five new beers and they are all well worth a pour.

Triple Berry Wheat

A beer that had to be created with Southern California in mind is the Triple Berry Wheat.  This American wheat ale style beer has that refreshing Hefe Weizen taste to while incorporating all of the flavors of raspberry, blackberry, and boysenberry. While being composed of these three berries it is nothing like a cider or anything similarly sweet, it just brings in the freshness of the fruit without giving you that artificial sweet flavor. This beer is great to enjoy on the patio at the Public House in Fullerton.

The Son of a Beach Blonde is a blonde ale that is very drinkable, coming in at 4.20% ABV. This really is the definition of a blonde ale, light and crisp with very restrained flavors throughout and this is a beer you could enjoy all afternoon and never get tired of it.

Brick Oven Pizza

The aptly named Approachable Bastard, session IPA is a fabulous beer for those who are not quite sold on the IPA lifestyle, but want an introduction. Leaning only slightly to the hoppy side of beers, you will find a well-balanced beer that hits you first with a hint of pine and then finishes your experience off with a combination of citrus and tropical fruit.

Son of a Beach Blonde

Sailboat is a dry-hopped American Wheat that while also nicely balanced, gives you a strong citrus note in not only aroma, but throughout the taste.

Chocolate Porter Bratwurst

Finally, if you are looking for a hoppy IPA the Simcoe Samesies was created with you in mind. This single hop double IPA comes in at 8% ABV and is simply loaded with flavor.

All five beers are available at The Public House by Evans Brewing in Fullerton and the Triple Berry Wheat, Son of a Beach Blonde and Approachable Bastard are also available through the Evans Brewing distributor.

These five beers along with the rest of the Evans Brewing lineup are all a great reason to visit The Public House. You can enjoy their happy hour that runs Tuesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and late-night from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 11 p.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
